Bolognese? Or Balls Up?

I am not what you would call an enthusiastic cook. Or a skilled cook. Really, you should probably use ‘cook’ to be completely honest. What I do, however, is cook giant batches of food (moderately giant, we aren’t talking stock up for the apocalypse stores, here, so when the zombie apocalypse comes don’t get any ideas) and then freeze the bejeesus out of it.

Including bolognese, which – as I hit HumpDay and my brain hurts – is a very tempting mid-week meal. Right?

  
 Well, it probably would have been nicer if it wasn’t chilli. On the other hand, it was still pretty tasty!
